Treatment from Hell (Mediclinic Pietermaritzburg)

My dad was recently admitted to mediclinic in Pietermaritzburg for a burst ulser. From the time he was admitted into the hospital to his discharge he was treated terribly. -The admin staff discussed amongst each other how his payment wasn't done and they won’t help him until its done. (Payments where done but delayed) -A Nurse refused to give my dad any medication because 'fees were not paid' -Nurses refused to help him have a bath -Nurses refused to help him with medication -They had him in a ward that had infected covid19 patients, while he waited for his test results. Only when it came out negative they transfered him to another ward. -His snacks were ****** - once he was discharged, as he waited for someone to get a wheelchair to wheel him out the hospital because he was still very weak. A lady from the admin department told the sister in charge that they must just leave my dad, as he hasn't made payment in FULL (since when did she become the owner of the hospital). My dad ended up having to carry his own heavy bag and walked out the hospital, since he didn't know his way around the hospital he got lost. For the amount of money that was charged and the amount of attention given to “unpaid funds” before actually assisting an ill and elderly person,we expected better treatment.
