This little hospital is too big for it's britches !!

This is now the second time one of my family members stay at medicinal where we struggle with these guys!

staff cant communicate, they give terrible attitude to the clients and visitors and start fights with us about the hospital.

My Grandma is in high care, however the nurses are giving us terrible attitude when we try to visit her. The day before yesterday (Tuesday) we were allowed in, 2 visitors at a time. Yesterday the one gentleman refused to let 2 get in at a time and said one visitor allowed for only 15 minutes DESPITE what they writing on the wall says.

Today we aren't even allowed in, they are saying we have to call them first and when we called were given a disrespectful answer from the sister saying "we told you you can only come at 3 in the afternoon"

Who runs this hospital and who sets up the rules since upper management seem to have different views from the staff!! who is in charge there? is it the nurses? I insist that the responsible individuals be dealt with!
