The hospital where black life does not matter. We can handle any pain.

Last night I went to mediclinic Kloof in terrible pain. I was received well. Dr said I will be admitted and and they are waiting for a bed. I was given a drip and drink tried to make me feel calm with pain. I was given injections and when I was drowsey dr came and said there was no beds and I need to go home and came back around 10am because dr’s will discharge and I will have a bed. At the reception the gentleman promised to put the details on the notes so that when O. One it is easier. I got home around 3am and not sure they could just keep me until they get a bed. Because casually was empty. Today when I went there no one knew about the admission because O was discharged no notes on sytem. Dr didn’t border to give me numbers of Orthopaedic surgeon she was referring me to. She promised my husband she will ca at 7 and now no call. I’m in pain, feet swollen she said I also have infection on my blood and urine had blood amd nothing was done about that. I am very sick and I got failed big time. I don’t know what changed her mind to discharge me after she said I need admission. Today they wanted me to open follow up done and pay other coat. I felt they don’t care about patients but the money. One can see I was not treated fairly. She clearly said can’t refer me to other hospitals because she doesn’t know the orthopaedic who will assist me. I can’t sleep now on pain. All I got as prescription of messier pills as if it will help me with the pain. I’m super disappointed and maybe one should keep to own one hospitals to avoid this type of treatment. It is bad. I haven’t been sleeping for a week and it does not matter. Dr could even border to ca at 7pm as promised. DR. Lize Gouws I am still waiting for your call.
