Wow, Beautiful hospital and the Friendliest helpful staff.

From the lady at reception Grace N. (Good multitasking and patient. I didn't have all the information and the reception was starting to fill up, this would be annoying for some people but she really kept her composure. WELL DONE & made sure we got the help we needed.)

The Nurses at the Paediatrics.. Really Great. Wow I don't even know where to begin, I am truly humbled and really appreciate the service. Special Thanks to, (Forgot their names)The Matron-made sure we had the Best at All times. Also the Nurse-she saw we battled with SePedi and she was speaking to us in Zulu(tried lol), was very assuring Thank you for the effort.

Night3, I was abit difficult when it came to waking my toddler every 3/4hrs at night for medication as she was getting agitated and wanted to sleep..overall they did understand and I did compromise at some stage to rather be the one to wake her up instead as she was also afraid of the nurses, the nurses were really understanding and not forceful. Made the stay pleasant and recovery quick.

Thank you to Dr Talakgale, must say the Best Paediatrician I have met so far. Too bad we stay in Gauteng & most probably will not see her again :(.. Definitely Recommend her.

Not forgetting the cleaning lady as she introduced herself as "Diana Ross" Lol .. what a sweetheart, love her. She made sure check up on us and to tidy the room even when in my eyes the room was clean ;) now thats Service.
