Alicia at the accounts department of Medi-Clinic Durbanville made my day today. I had to get an account for time I spent at the emergency room a few days before. I phoned the switchboard and to my great surprise, got put through to the correct person the first time! My surprise was even greater when there was no elevator music on the line, but someone actually picked up the phone immediately! And lo and behold, she understood what I needed, got hold of it within seconds and emailed it to me within a few more seconds. I cannot remember that last time I contacted a large company and got what I needed in under 5 minutes! Thanks for taking pride in your job, Alicia. People like you are few and far between.
