Terrible Waiting Period - ER

I came to the ER room with my 13y old som for stitches. We are currently waiting for 3 hours and no one here can advise when the Dr’s will be able to see us as yet. It is extremely unprofessional and terrible service for a Private Hospital! Ee pay the premium price, however we receive Government hospital treatment. I am honestly supper disappointed.
