Terrible service at medi-clinic

Worse service ever at Medi-Clinic nelspruit ward m, my mother complain to the nurses and they promise to administer medication to her after doctor's prescribed. Nothing was done for 3 days and it was not logged on the file. I requested to see a ward manager sha never pitched waited for 2 hours for the manager. Terrance staff lead by the worse manager
