Terrible service at MC Cape Gate!

Terrible experience at Medi-Clinic Cape Gate! Get to Reception and guy says: Are you here again?! Im not going to explain all the paperwork, you know where to sign. Then Triage - How do they really know am I a 'yellow', 'orange'? It not to say if I dont have a fever for example, that I am not priority? Waited 3 hours in front, then only went in back to see a doctor.

I have an auto immune disease, and therefore might go to an ER more regularly dan "normal" people, but should I be treated like this?

Also, I understand if someone comes in with a more serious situation that they are helped first. But where do you draw the line?
