Terrible service

I am so disappointed at the service at the peadtric ward at the Arcadia Muelmed. The service given to my son was pathetic to say the least. The were hardly ever any nurses at the nurses station, his drip malfunctioned twice and each time I had to run around and look for a nurse. He had to eat of his lap as his food tray never came despite the nurse promising him one. His meal was incomplete and had to watch the other kids have their meals. I am truly hurt by this and considering he is just a child and this is the treatment that he recieved from one of "Pretorius best hospitals "? Safe to say we are definitely never coming back here
