Terrible first impressions

I entered Medi-clinic kloof at 16.54 pm on the 2 March 2021, to get a cup of coffee. My son had just been admitted to the hospital, feeling terrible and heartbroken I was met at the door by two of the most horrid ambassadors to your hospital. The front door is always the first impression, I am afraid these two ladies are in need of serious training in this department, they do not greet they shout orders as they sit hunched to close to one another and then talk in their language making comments about the clients. This is unacceptable and should not be tolerated at your institution.
