TERRIBLE EMERGENCY RESPONSE FROM CAPE GATE MEDICLINIC

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Early Monday morning on 30 May 2017 around 01:00 me and my husband woke up from a very loud noise and realised it was an accident in Okovango road, next to our complex . We where struggling to find the number for the emergency service to call for an ambulanse and decided to phone mediclinic Cape Gate ( Thinking that they will naturally send an Ambulans). ALL THEY SAID WAS THAT THEY COULD NOT HELP US AND THAT WE SHOULD PHONE THE EMERGENCY SERVICE OURSELVES WHICH WE FELT WAS UNACCEPTABLE. THIS PERSON WAS IN A SERIOUS CAR ACCIDENT & THEY WAISTED OUR TIME. </p> <p> </p> <p>We are very very very unhappy with this service and it is rediculous that they can not put us through to their emergency unit or better, phone themselves! They are surpose to save lives as quickly as they can.</p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually we got hold of the ambulance who really took their time. </p> <p> </p>
