Terrible assistance from accounts department

Terrible service from Milnerton Medi-clinic.Ms Natalie David’s was extremely rude to me this afternoon and I do not understand why the hospital makes one pay for an error they made on the PMB form! She was not explaining the procedure properly, not giving me a change to speak so generally my complaint was not well handled by her and I do not prefer her speaking to me again!!
