Terminally ill patient gets horrific treatment

I am SO ANGRY and appalled at the work ethic there- my mum has been admitted into Constantiaberg numerous times over the past year as she has a terminal lung condition. She was admitted last week (11/09/2017) and this is what happened: 1) The nursing sister took her medical history from me- why- I don't know because she has been there many times before?? Where is her record? 2) The lunch lady did not get the information about her being DIABETIC so if I wasn't there to inform her- what would have happened?? And even after being told she is diabetic they bring my mum's coffee with SUGAR!!! 3) Oxygen is her medicine- without her oxygen she can go into respiratory failure- but what do the nurses do?? The one takes out her tube (so she can be moved to another ward) goes and looks for a portable tank WHILE her oxygen is OUT- if I wasn't there I don't know what would have happened! THEN when she gets to her new ward, they are supposed to put the o2 tube through the SPECIALLY MADE GAP inbetween the cupboard door and cupboard- but instead they SLAM the cupboard onto the tube that is supposed to send o2 to my mum's brain to keep her alive, and the 4th reason, is what happened today (20/10/2017)- I live in London and had to fly back here last week Thursday, but I have been keeping in contact via facebook with my mum- she is immobile and as a result is in nappies. She desperately needed to be changed- called for the nurse (rang the bell), NOTHING. I decided to video call her to check up on her and she told me this! I stayed with her on the video call for 15 minutes- she rang the bell again.... nothing... and a third time... nothing.... I hung up and dialled Constantiaberg FROM ENGLAND- livid as hell- I spoke to the ward nurse and I gave her an earful- ONLY THEN when I video called my mum after the call did I hear the nurse go into her room! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! I am physically shaking with anger!! What could the staff possibly give as reasons for to such gross negligence?!
