terible service

<p>A very bad service I've received from their paediatric unit, my son was admitted 19-24/11/16. The was a time whereby the drip alarm was , I called 1 of the nurses LINDA NDLOVU whom just looked at us and passed not even bothered - was later told that she is a SISTER - what the hell is a sister that’s mot her job description - I was supposed to cal Boitumelo whereas she was there doing nothing. Attached is my son's pic where the drip sucked his blood, the unit manager saw this she didn’t even say anything. Then there was this other nurse with a straightback hairstyle with a very bad attitude whom I was told that’s how she is - so we need to tolerate her bad attitude - being impatient, she then again went to wash the feeding bottles only to find out she didn’t rinse them - when I asked her why didn’t she rinse and she was like "what do you use at home - that’s Milton" like realy what does that got to do with what I use at home. mxm </p> <p> </p>
