Taking money from Medical Aid for no survice given

I went to Milnerton Medi-Clinic in Milnerton Western Cape to the Casualty for a hand injury in Feb 2016. I was waiting for a long time before anyone assisted me in the mean time my hand was getting worse and worse, finally a doctor got to me and he just said go to x rays. Not assisting me with the pain, or the bleeding or the swelling. I was feeling so dizzy from the pain that they still wanted me to go and sit and wait in a dirty x rays office for another 3 hours. Leaving me feeling the way I did. So I said I am sorry but you not helping me at all I am leaving to go to Blaauwberg Hospital for assistance, so all that the \casualty head doctor \" he called himself said fine, but you will still pay, so I said pay for what you help me with nothing at all, his attitude was just cause I was there I had to pay for that! So even with no attention given to the problem I still had to pay from my medical aid and my medical aid Fedhealth was dumb enough to do it after I told them I got no assistance. Finally Blaauwberg helped me in the correct way by stopping the bleeding, giving a tetnis shot and pain injections, first checking and feeling the hand and then x rays without a wait! "
