****** phone in hospital

My moms phone was ****** on 2 Jan 2021 while she was a patient in a ward(Non covid ward)when no visitors were allowed in the hospital.I have been so dissapointed by the the response firstly because no one in the hospital cared to call and inform us of the incident.We found out a day after the incident when calling the ward after our attempts to reach our mom was unsuccessful.On the 5th Jan 2021 my mom died.They told us they are investigating the matter of her phone and will get back to us but they are not getting back to us.What is even more dissapointing is we lodged 2 complaints on their website they haven't even cared to respond to that.We are dealing with don't care attitude at the highest level.My family will never go to that hospital again after the experience we had with our mom.
