Staff attitude is Bad

Dr Neethling is my Dads DR , he is so rude and responds with attitude whenever we enquire about dads health progress. The Nurses at ward F are also rude, they get very upset when we ask them to change the linen whenever dad wets the bad. They are also too loud disturning the patients while resting. They take too long to respond to the bell for help.
