********* staff at Medi-Clini Sandton

I took my daughter to Sandton Mediclinic for a recurring health issue Duduzile, at admin requested that I sign her release documents. During this time, Duduzile aske that I supply all my details, when I asked why she needed my details as my daughter is grown up and self responsible with her own medical aid, she informed me it is to finalize the release. I explicitly stated I am not responsible for any accounts. Duduzile said she need my information to release my daughter and needed me to rate their service afterwards. Duduzile, in a *****ulent and dishonest manner, let me sign surety, and at no time pointing it out to me. Bearing in mind, as a mother I am traumatized and trusting in the hospital staff to at the very least , have integrity and be honest. The following Monday, I receive an account and call the office to be told, I am responsible and I need to speak to Rudi Halgrein who did absolutely nothing. The accounts lady is just as useless. Be very careful of the trauma unit. ********* and dishonest to the core it seems
