Shown away at hospital emergency unit

On 1st of November, my son (3yrs old) had a bad fall, where he fell aprx 2m onto a concrete floor (head injury). We rushed to MediClinic in Secunda. When arrived, the lady at reception said they are full, and we will need to wait about 2 hours, like the rest of the people to see a Dr. We rushed to TeksDoc where a Dr immediately assisted
