Shockingly Heartless Panorama Mediclinic

I am absolutely, shocked, horrified, disgusted, outraged at the appalling callousness of your accounts department at Panorama Mediclinic to send my wife, Lee Doyle, who passed away in your facility 05 September 2019, yes just barely 3 months ago, a court summons for outstanding monies for relating stay. Even though I have indicated to Hester Lombard in said accounts department that the outstanding monies would be paid once the estate is wound up. BUT even worse is that this is not the first time we have encountered problems with this accounts department and Hester Lombard, my wife has been seriously ill for the last 3-4 years, (just check the amount of times she was rushed through emergency) and even so she would still be badgered by this heartless company to settle amounts that the medical aid would not cover. And when my wife was too ill to respond in the time frame they wanted, they would phone me at work and badger me to settle simply because I signed the admittance form as Lee was too ill to at the time. This person deserves to be fired... shockingly heartless.

But of course they would take the legal route and refer to the fine print on the reverse side.
