Shocking service by private hospital!

Complaint of the night...<br> We went to Mediclinic Pietermaritzburg tonight, in an emergency,my mom had hurt her hip and couldn't walk...<br> We got there, and it was attitude from the start, and then we got told that they had to call in the doctor and radiologist, whats the point in an emergency room if there is no doctor on duty??<br> So they called the doctor and 30 min later he arrived, in a track suit, no professional attire, didn't greet us nothing, continued to joke about serious situations...<br> and then they give my mom a script, and heres the catch, the pharmacy is closed in the hospital... so she can't actually do anything...<br> Everyone was super disinterested and really couldn't care, its really shocking service.... don't think we will ever be going back there again!!
