SHOCKING SERVICE

I made an appointment for a FULL MEDICAL ( with a reference to Dr Aldous). I specifically ask for the very first appointment available in the morning - even if I had to wait a week or two. I arrived at 7h45, in time for my 8am appointment. I completed documents and was ask to have a seat . at 8h10am I and 4 other patients were taken through., all for DR Aldous, and my file was not first. I got to see the Doctor at 8h45. after the ECG and blood tests I left there at 10h45am. I receive ZERO follow up call about ECG and blood test , even though Dr mentioned that he had a concern regards the ECG and my heart. I called myself and made a follow up appointment got a 7h55am appointment, by 8h15am was still in reception waiting , removed my file from them and left the building. I will NEVER frequent them again. it is like a SAUSAGE factory - let see how many people we can see and take their money ..... I am disgusted by their lack of respect for other peoples time.
