Shameful

I came across the email Incident Thursday the 7th of this month, I am writing this late because I was asked to rate the service received yesterday and felt this is the platform to do. Mediclinic in nelspruit. First of all I arrived at 7am, was notified they did not have a bed, once beds were available they did not know which ward I would be put in so needed to wait till 8am. I sat and waited till nearly 10, they then moved to me to a cardiac ward, take into consideration I was having a day procedure for a gastroscopy. In and out.

I was then asked to wait in another waiting room, before being collected and taken to the appropriate ward. This was closer to 12 now.

The bathroom was filthy, I had to request them to clean it twice. Really unhygienic and hard to even bare. My gastroscopy took place at 3:30pm. From 7 am and being rushed around for no reason and unorganized chaos.
