service sucks

the stuff around the hospital seems to have no clue about what they are doing..... nurses and doctors are just going back and forth while no one is assistancing..... they promised to email the invoices still yet there's nothing.... on the other hand I had an appointment for today just to come and see how the hospital is...... .
