service from hell

I was referred to medi clinic by my Dr and I waited the whole ****** day for a bed.mind you they admit me knowing very well that there are no beds available and they are not even sure if there will be any available. Gosh I'm in soo much pain sitting in the waiting area waiting for a bed they are not even sure it will be available. I've never in my wildest dreams think gore there a department thats worse than home affairs but this hospital surely proved me wrong. It's simple if there are no beds available don't admit patients n pack them at the waiting area. We are sick n in pain that's why we there. We didn't come for picnic yerrrr
