****bags!!! Putting funds above patient care!!!!

If I can make it no stars I would. Mediclinic Panorama That's the type of service you get when you see a Dr who is an attending at this hospital. I'm 36weeks pregnant with preterm labor pains, and the hospital is refusing to admit me because I asked them to look into my billing as they charged me for full days instead of halves while being in their care!!! If you do have medical aid, be sure not to go to these ppl as they will treat you like a ********... they make you sign all these papers for what you liable for... and when you have a billing enquire they don't reply to you emails and note to the maternity ward that they should refuse to admit me. Thanks for nothing you ****bags!!!

So when i saw that i thought i will not make a scene and leave you to it as the medical insurance paid your bill accordingly, even though you didnt honor what you have advised.Which if I think about it now, it was probably a play to keep me quite and get rid of me.... neither here nor there, I made sure that I was okay to be discharged under 24hrs as I saw that you are billing for full days and half days.To my dismay, not only didn't you honor what you have promised, you billed me for the last 2 visits for 24hrs When I actually stayed less than 24hrs for both.Your ppl stopped treating me as soon as the Dr discharged me which indicates on the cards I handed in...This is me, logging a formal billing dispute... Seeing that you getting assurance of being paid is more important than treating me!!! Even though you got your money anyway!!!!Please adjust my last 2 bill accordingly! Regards Janine
