Sandton Medi-Clinic not fit for medical care

Sandton Medi-Clinic's nursing care for their patients are shocking. My son was moved from their ER to in-hospital around 3 pm. His meds was only administered when I asked about it at 5 pm. It's not 19h51 and he has still not been given the mandatory in-hospital identification wrist band. Someone just came in to ask him to confirm his surname for blood works. He already did e sets of blood tests earlier today. When I asked her why it's for, her response was 'we can take blood tests all the time'... no explanation what they are testing for.

The machine where the drip is attached keeps peeping and no one bothers to check unless I go and ask them to check.

6 weeks ago, I myself was admitted and received horrible care. No pain meds administered during the day when I was in severe pain and what night at shift change, a handful of pills were put in my hand..the entire days meds. I wrote a detailed complain when they asked me to respond to their survey but NEVER heard back from them.

We pay a fortune for private medical care to an institute that clearly does not care about the well-being of its patients.

It is disappointing that patient care is not their main priority. Quite frankly their doors should be shut!!
