Sandton clinic and certain Doctors need to answer some questions!!!

My husband passed away 2 and half months ago Dr Bangwandin and Dr Iyah were his Doctors. When my husband passed away Dr Iyah sent his body to the Hillbrow Mortuary. Why I have never had an answer. They kept him there for 3 weeks. I had to identify my husband which was so traumatic after 3 weeks. I have never had a phone call explaining why my husband was sent there in the 1sf place. His neurosurgeon Dr Smit never ever contacted me to let me know what was happening to my husband. I need this to go public as I will NEVER EVER GO TO SANDTON CLINIC EVER. People need to know how I'll people and family members are treated
