removing of judgement on my name why must i do it myself as it was bonitas fault

hi my name is mmbambadzeni Mbulaheni ,I was admitted at Sandton mediclic in august 2017 ,the problem stated when Bonitas dint pay claims in full ,but they finally pay all the money form last year till now January 2020 ,And I thank the power of Hellopeter. My problem i was listed or in judgement on my name by Sandton Madiclinic ,My confusion is that they are the ones who listed me and it was not my fault but bonitas and that is why they paid all the outstanding but judgement is on my name and when i asked them they say removing my judgement is none of their business i must go to the court myself and clear my name . I even payed the service they send their sheriff to attach the furnishes in the house
