Private health care not up to scratch

Booked my mother in for knee operation, and experience has not been positive. The staff operate loudly and are with a few exceptions, not the friendliest bunch. You get the feeling there is not a big difference between a government hospital and a private hospital, except for the ********** fees that are charged. On the day of booking out, the staff really took their time, and you got the feeling they were trying to charge for one more day!
