Possible to have a positive hospital experience

From the clerk receiving and booking me in at emergency, the porters, kitchen staff, nurses, accounts, cleaners I am yet to meet an unfriendly person. Everything and everyone highly professional and friendly. Very high standards maintained with regard to cleanliness, service and comfort. And a dangerously delicious menu!
