Poorly trained and unprofessional staff!

My Father is currently in the ICU in the Gariep Medi Clinic. Some of the staff that have been in contact with him have very little if any training on how to be a nurse. Some of the medical staff in the ICU have no respect for the patient who is lying there unable to speak or fend for themselves. Nearly caused my Father to have a heart attack because they couldn't go through the proper washing procedures. After pointing out their faults my mother was treated like an intruder and spoken to as if she was yesterday's garbage. It is honestly not worth the thousands of Rands charged to be in a private hospital of you are surrounded by incompetence!
