Poor service Mediclinic Welkom

Mediclinic Welkom. I have been sitting at reception for3 hours. It’s hot and stuffy. They don’t have a receptionist. Instead a security guard is sitting at the receptionist desk. With a hat on. Instructing everyone who walks in to sit down( you can imagine how chaotic that is). Thank God my Dr walked in. Surprised that I haven’t been assisted. My baby was vomiting and dehydrated. But who cares. You basically need to have your HEAD FALLING off and BLEEDING AL***** RECEPTION to get attention around there. After my Dr instructed a NURSE to assist me. ONLY THEN WAS I NOTICED....
