Poor service in healthcare

My wife was operated on Tuesday 2015/12/22, and has a open wound that must be cleaned. Since the day of the operation till now, Thursday 2015/12/24 the wound has not been cleaned, only new plaster being put on after it keeps on getting wet with dreinage matter. At 08:00 Thursday the dr told my wife that she is discharged with enough product that she can clean the wound for 3 weeks. After a while a nurse brought my wife 8 plasters and a few pieces of gauze, my wife asked where the rest is, the answer was that they dont have any pluggings or stock of the rest, she must use the gauze in the wound. After i made numerous calls to management, they came back to at 10:12 by the means of suster Stofberg telling me all was fine and they got eberything now. It is now 4 hours later at almost 14:00 and still we wait. The wound wasn't cleaned yet, no pluggings or medizine and still my wife isn't discharged. Phoning management again, they tell me most have left for half day. I mean i know it is the 24th of December but come on !!!! We pay for better service than this!!!!
