Poor service delivery and *****ing of belongings Mediclinic Louis Leipoldt

27 September my financee was booked into the hospital at 8 AM to have her wisdom teeth removed. While having her mouth dissected, staff decided to dissect her bag and ***** her JBL earphones. This was brought to the staffs attention but was very quickly asked if it was mentioned on her valuables listed, implying if even your underwear is not on this list it's all free game. Once my fiancée could barely open her eyes, she was told that the operation went okay and before she could think the doctor was gone never to be seen again. My fiancée then proceeded to wait over two hours for pain meds she can requested multiple times and was only provided when checking-out. I will never let my family or friends attend this hospital due to my families experience.
