Poor service at Medi-clinic Nelspruit

I actually wanted to rate their service as zero (0), but there is no option for that. We arrived at the hospital at 18:15, now the time is 21:52 we are still waiting for the doctor to attend my mother. If we ask the sister in charge why do we have to wait for such a long time she says it is my mom’s file has a green sticker, meaning her condition is not urgent. My mom cannot walk because of her swollen feet, it’s so difficult to assist her with her bathroom and she just have to wait at the reception, no one knows until when.
