Poor Service and unprofessionalism at brits Mediclinic

I wish to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor service and unprofessional conduct I experienced from your radiology service provider, Scholtz Partners Diagnostic Radiologists.

During my recent visit on 02 July 2025, I raised a concern with a staff member. Unfortunately, my concern was dismissed outright, and the staff member’s response was unprofessional, even after I made it clear that I intended to escalate the matter through a formal complaint.

This is not the first time I have encountered such treatment at this facility. The recurrence of these negative experiences reflects a troubling pattern of unprofessionalism that is both unacceptable and deeply concerning.

As a paying client, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, and for my concerns to be acknowledged and addressed with the appropriate level of professionalism.
