Poor Service

I went to Mediclinic polokwane yesterday with an injury on my hand that needed emergency attention. When I arrive there I was bleeding and in pain but to my surprise I was told to stand on the queue to open a file. I was number 4 with a bleeding hand. The white guy told us to be on the queue as he is busy. I decided to go to Netcare Pholoso they treated me with emergency and assisted me perfectly then I opened a file after I stopped bleeding.
