Poor service

I arrived at the casualty unit with my wife who was bleeding. The reception person showed a total lack of urgency. ALMOST 1hour later we still haven't been served. I am still waiting for anyone to serve us as I type now. One wonders why they bother to call it an emergency unit since I am sure one could get similar service, if not better, from a government hospital. I am \sure by the time we get served we would have lost the baby"
