Poor health care services and negligence

My father was admitted on the 16th of June 2015 around 13h00 and he was seen by a Dr 24hrs later yet we received a proper update on the 18th June 2015 regarding what was troubling my father and not by taking extra effort of my mother having to wait for the doctor long after visiting hours has passed. Prior to that unfortunately the nurses in charge couldn't provided a clear report on what was really happening or troubling my father. It has been almost 5 days and there isn't any improvement on his well being. On the 21st June we went to visit him and we found he was asleep then we asked how he is doing and why is he struggling to open his eyes and we were told to he was given injection and was asleep since morning till 15h30 in the afternoon when we got there. We requested to see the sister in charge and unfortunately we waited until visiting hours has passed and even when we left there was no information about what we wanted to know just a mere update on my father was that hard to even come our way.
