Poor Care

I had an injury on my left thump and I went to Mediclinic in Vereenging, the stuff nurses were very friendly big up to them. The doctor who was helping me didn't assisted me accordly my thump is now changing a colour and I have some blood clot and my thump nail is turning black. After I was not well treated the are busy calling me regarding the co-payments that my medical aid didn't pay them in full my worry is how can they even demand some money to me well I wasn't well treated. I'm not happy with their service.
