Pay for x rays get half of what you pay for

I did x-rays at Medi-Clinic Midstream. They said they will send the xrays to me. They just send the report. The doctor needs to see the xrays. That needs to be downloaded/viewed from some link that they did not provide. As a consumer, I paid for the x-ray and the report. To just receive one is totally unacceptable.
