Patient care at its best

I had a procedure down at Cape Gate Day Clinic. Although it started off Abit stressful due to lack of organisation and communication with only one clerk on duty to assist all patients booking in, it quickly turned into a brilliant experience with Dillen at the front desk. He is helpful, acommodating and has a very kind nature. The staff are friendly especially Shireen and the nurse that helped me discharge. Very good overlap experience!
