Pathetic service for a private hospital

They are very quick to admit you and treat you, run tests and dont tell you what its for even when asking them what thwy doing, quick to bill you for stuff not on your medical aid and when you request for ur results they dont provide you with it but bills you in access and when you ask for the relevant people to contact you regarding the bill then no1 wants to contact you. Bunch off idiots getting paid fat salaries but cant to there jobs properly il never advise any1 to use there hospitals ever again id rather use public hospitals then Mediclinic Victoria
