Pathetic Service at Morningside Mediclinic

Hi there,

My wife was admitted to the Morningside Mediclinic on Thursday the 3rd November at 11am. She was put into a room and only received her first administration of Meds at 17:15 pm, over 6 hours after admission. We have had a really pathetic experience so far. Then the issue of the food, my wife ordered her meals on the 3rd of November , not only did they not get the order correct and everytime the wrong items were supp**** ,the quality of the food was deplorable. To the point on Friday night I had to go get a takeout for my wife . Then there’s is the communication issue , there is just non. This is not expected from a Private Medical Service provider , we pay extremely high Medical Aid rates to have access to Private Health care and this is really not the service expected .
