service delivery I would like to report a pathetic service received from Bonitas Medical Aid nd their ****** DSP MEDICLINIC MILLNERTON ( MEDICLINICS ARE VERY ****** N THEY SHOULD ONLY CATER FOR WHITE PEOPLE )

on the 30 December 2022 My water broke and I called the Ambulance n I was rushed to Mediclinic Milnerton as per my Gynecologists instruction, Mediclinic refused to admit me and transfered me to a Public Hospital , because rude , inhuman , selfish Azusakhe Jiba at Authorisation Dept who reports to Tina refused to offer assistance and told me it was her knock off time ( I want that recording to be listened to and something has to be done about her poor services n rudness I am currently sitting on hard chairs in a Public facility while making contributions to Bonitas Mediclinic told me that I am on waiting period , I told them it is on my Employment letter of appointment that there will be no underwriting done , Sanlam has concession with Bonitas , my medical aid started on 1st October 2022 n no underwriting will be done funny part are all my pregnancy claims are being paid for by the same medical aid n Im on the maternity program, but Auth for admission they refused

can be assisted asap as I am paying monthly premiums and I require a service

public hospital not nice to be admitted at that's why opted for a medical aid
