Pathetic service

So on a quiet Tuesday morning upon entering the emergency center at cape gate hospital I approached the entrance and made myself visible asking for assistance with a wheelchair to help my mother ( who was marked RED: Patient suffering from a life threatening condition and will receive immediate attention) the male receptionist whom I think is capable of assisting me first had to phoned a porter. So out of frustration I took a wheelchair myself and tried helping my mother from the car whereupon he stepped closer to help and a porter came later on pushing her straight to the EC.

Immediate assistance was given after a few minutes my mother complained she was cold and to our surprise the EC had no linen/blankets to give to my mother. They gave her a small towel that was of no help...

How terrible can a private hospital get? If they are under staffed hire people. If they don't have enough linen buy stock but don't let a paying patient suffer due to a lack of managements way of cutting costs.
