Pathetic service

This is one terrible place. We take love once to the nearest place for help in case of a emergency BUT these people have no clue what that word entails. Sitting in trauma with my diabetic mother since 14:00 she hasn't eaten yet since. 17:00 we were told she will be admitted she has a bed in ward b, it's 23:00 she is still hungry and I have a 8month old saughter at home.
