Pathetic "EMERGENCY" care at Cape Gate Medi-c;linic

My son was in a motorcycle accident this afternoon, arrived at the ER at 1700.. it's now 2200 and he still hasn't been X-rayed yet. Absolutely pathetic service from a private hospital. Nobody knows what is going on and nobody seems too bothered to assist either. Clearly just here to collect a salary.
