Pathetic, Appalling and stinking Service from a young doctor Leppan whom I was of the view that he holds dearly their hypocritical oath

Pathetic, wretched and stinking service from a Dr Matthew Leppan (a French young man) cannot be left unreported. I took my sick wife to emergency casualty for she was couching badly as if something was stuck in her trachea. We arrived at 21h05(it was busy, full of out-patients and accompanying members of the families). At 22h05 a file was opened for her and vital sign check done. At 22h40 she was ushered into a ward to see a doctor. A very pleasan and friendly young Dr Leppan eventually came to check at my wife and recommended for an xray which she was taken to do it and was back in speed at 23h10. From there on we were made to wait for him for 3.5 hours for him to do the review of the x-Ray and give his professional adviceMind you NO one was telling us anything or reason for the wait, not even the Sister who was with him by the Surname of Sibiya nobody. I initiated an inquiry to him when I saw him behind his computer and politely asked if was he made aware that my wife was long back from x-Ray? He abruptly responded with a "Yes" citing that there many patients in the hospital and he promised to come. At 02h50 this morning I told my wife to dress up we are leaving the hospital( self discharging) for we cannot wait for the unknown for so long.😵😵she stood up in the hospital gown and found him( Dr Leppan) on his computer still and told him of our intention ONLY then he came at 02h57 to tell us that the xray is clear MAYBE my wife has infection AND prescribed a Panado and Diclofenac and a Metered Dise Inhaler.
